People don't realize how long a minute is on the phone. A long, long voicemail is 30 seconds.

Chesh, 1 minute could be 20 seconds, 10 seconds... 1 minute and 1 second would be billed as 2 minutes most likely. I figure at the absolute MOST it was 59 seconds of connect time. Just saying it's not totally out of the possibility that it was a misdial.
