Thanks for locking my thread that has actual stats in it while keeping this one afloat because it favors LF7. Sorry for trying to generate discussion and not force-feeding LF7 for Heisman blindly down everyone's throats.

Fournette has been the best player by far all season

Agreed, but against shitty opponents. If he finishes the season out on a strong note, he wins the award. But you have to admit, the level of competition has been embarrassing.

This is actually impressive when you take into account that he had 210 yards

Florida is better defensively then all 3 of our remaining opponents. And he ran for 180 against them

According to entire 6+ page threads on the Tiger rant. I posted over there for the entire 2 weeks(for the most part y'all were great) but the majority of LSU fans thought Florida was better.

Man, that Henry -vs- LSU Heisman picture is awesome!

Oh yeah, the Heisman lately seems to be a "What have you've done for me lately" reward. This up and down roller-coaster Heisman ride will continue up to conference championship week. Get us to it and the amount of web-hits, ratings, and arguments had will only fuel the coverage.

Always looks more like a popularity contest to me.

The timing of big/disappointing games matters a lot.

Are you saying that Fournette’s number are validated because he had success against one good defense? Again, LSU hasn’t beat anyone worth a shite. Florida beat Vandy on a late FG for crying out loud.

Henry deserves to be the leader. He has shown up on a consistent basis for the best team in the nation.

So many tears wrapped up in one tidy little paragraph.

Henry didn't do great versus Fournette. Henry did great behind a great offensive line going up against a soft defense.

I enjoy the fact you got 24 upvotes that your D is soft.
