I firmly believe Fulmer made some deal with the devil for 1998 and everything that's happened since has been a byproduct of said deal.
Satan himself probably decided to throw us a bone with the Florida comeback and Georgia Hail Mary only to pull the rug out from under us once again with losses to Vandy and SCe with an SECCG appearance and Sugar Bowl appearance on the line
