The second touchdown MSU gave LSU was due to the 2nd string center being in. Mullen definitely pulled back.

Is this win really that big for you guys? We just barely cracked the Top 10, have a HUGE deficit in terms of true game experience and you guys are making it out like you just beat an NFL team

Chill out - you'll see why this win wasn't as big as you're making it out to be when you match up with others in the SECW. Hell, you almost lost this f'ing game!

Yes...Dan Mullen called for the center to snap it over Dak's head.

It is a big win...it is tough to win in Death Valley at night. MSU not only won, they dominated the game.

30 more seconds" thing would be disturbing to me.

We heard all last year from Auburn if they had one more quarter they would have beat us. STFU

I understand he sounds like a bitch, but you can't just concede that you got your arse whipped and crush everyone's dreams, you have to play damage control.

Spurrier did - after the loss to A&M. He called it as he saw it, even went so far to say with 12 men they could not have stopped them. I think it is pretty weak of Miles to sugar coat it - getting their best game, and the 30 more seconds bit. If you are truly a top 10 team - of course you get another teams best game, and who is to say 30 more seconds would not have ended up with 7 more points for MSU. Not saying he needs to rake his team over the coals, but own up to the loss for what it was - a beating plain and simple.

LSU fans need to chill out. Going into the season, it was clear this was going to be a different type of team. We've been strip-mined by the NFL draft the past two years, so outside of La'el Collins we don't have any upperclassmen of note.
As much as we complained about them last year, imagine if Ego Ferguson and Anthony Johnson had returned- our D-line would be solid right now. Maybe not awesome, but solid. If Hill had returned, nobody would be complaining about our running game. And it's turned out we are just fine at WR, despite losing Landry and Beckham.
