I don't even disagree with ya'll for the most part. LSU lost because they have worse players than Arkansas.

just Hatcher stopping a player from making a play.

FIFY

I thought that was a helluva block Hatcher laid on Mo Claib.

Chavis didn't call a prevent D because he wanted a chance to injure our QB, so he brought pressure.

Give Mallett some credit on that play. There were two defenders free and in his face, but he got the bomb off right before they reached him. That play doesn't even happen without a 6'6'' QB who can sling it over two defenders barreling down on him. That isn't a fluke play.

Rushing the 4 defensive linemen is not bringing pressure.

Chavis didn't call a prevent b/c I think he was expecting y'all to just run the clock out.

oh please. those 2 plays weren't even close to as important as the 2 long td's. Those 2 blemishes stop LSU from looking like what they did. Which is pretty much shut down Arky.

Funny, each of those two play directly led to the score being closer than it should have been.

I will give the play before halftime where the DB's poor fundamentals were exposed, a prevent D should have been called but Petrino, Mallett, and Hamilton took advantage of what was on the field.

The other play was just a great job by Hamilton.

Hamilton is 6'3 209lbs, Defensive backs are not going to easily shove him anywhere he does not want to go. He was not to be denied on that great play.

Oh I agree, poor call on Chavis' part.

That being said, Hatcher made a horrible play which allowed y'all to score.

That play was set up for a knockout hit. Hatcher just whiffed, same as he did on the one right before the half.

Well, I guess Petrino, Mallett, and Hamilton did a great job of exposing LSU's weaknesses.
