Most I have seen will admit that there is a very stong possibility or will even go so far as to say that it was a pic.

Is there a single LSU fan that will admit it didn't matter, and that yall would have lost anyway?

I won't and you can't say that either. Because you just don't know what might happen. How many ppl would believe that the panthers would be hammering the saints like the are at the moment. You just don't know and we will never know because the chance was stolen from the kids.

Yes, it's dismissive and demeaning of Bama's dominance in the 2nd half to say we lost this game because of officiating.

They are too busy finding obscure fine print in rule books and posting videos of dying children. It was a bad call. Surely a classy bunch could admit it.

will LSU fans admit that almost every bama fan on this board has said it was a pic. and they start thread after thread on this subject because they really wish bama fans didn't admit it was a pic?

I don't care. With PP down, we couldn't stop Julio. Yeah, the interception pissed me off, and there were a lot more bad calls, but I still don't see a different outcome. Bama imposed their will on LSU, and we suffered a lot of injuries.

I'll admit that LSU still would have likely lost assuming we got the INT call, but you cannot argue that the bad call and subsequent FG prematurely ended any chance that LSU had in the game. There is no other way to spin it.

It leaves me with the impression that refs had no interest in a last minute Bama defensive stand. Style points and margin of victory are very important this late in the year. Even die hard Gumps have to admit that.

I think if the call on the field was and INT it would have stood as called on the field. No one can argue that the officials on the field were faced with a very close call and in real time they made the decision they thought was right. I don't know what the replay offical saw that kept him from overturning it but he did. It's part of the game... i mean sometimes I think that having replay has made things so much worse. It is supposed to aid in getting things right and on close calls like this that could really go either way it just gives people a right to cuss and moan

Would have lost? No way you can say that with an absolute like that. "Probably have lost or likely to have lost." I'll say that.

However, since we are having confession: Admit or deny to the following:

LSU's chances of winning the game were better had the call been made correctly.
