There is nothing about AnM that makes a good addition to the SEC.

You will be singing a different tune next year when that SEC Network money (which wouldn't exist without A&M) will be buying out fatass's contract.

See, I'm an adult.
So that kind of stuff doesn't register on my radar.
I guess, be thankful I didn't use a jaybird meme?

Don't look at the records or accomplishments- just talk to the Aggie fans on here. They will tell you what a great football program they have, how important they are, and how much everyone cares about playing them.

Does it bother them that much to not be a premier program in this conference? Is it a sort of little man sydrome from being in Texas shadow so long?

Maybe if ya'll want to be a top dog so badly, you should've joined the B1G, or the SWAC for top dog status and a more central location.

I don't know what else to tell Aggies. Would it please you if we talked about how good Johnny Football was, that you got a Louisiana recruit that LSU wanted, Sumlin is a good coach, ya'll beat Bama that one time? I don't know how to cure your pyschological wounds from years of jealousy and resentment towards Texas. You're safe now, they can't hurt you any longer. Keep hiding in the middle of the pack in the SEC, and make the best of it.

I think they are still mad that nobody considers them part of the conference after 3 years.

No, that is Mizzou.

We aren't really mad about anything. We are in a good place as long as Charlie Strong keeps upping the times he drug tests his team.

Hah! Tell us what Arky brought to the SEC table that we didn't.

That makes sense for states that don't have multiple P5 conferences represented within their borders.
For those that do, it would be short-sighted to ignore the goings on at other institutions.
But I like what you're trying to do.

TAMU is so irrelevant that it's hilarious to see them act like they are B2B National Champs

It's just a matter of time before the Aggies are the power their fans want them to be.

SEC money. Huge alumni base with lots of money (mfing hydrocarbons). The SEC exposure and Texas recuriting. They won the conference shuffle lottery. Texas A&M have more natural advantages of any SEC school not named Florida.

That's a solid point.

Sure they don't. Make sure you remind USC and UF about that one too.

Bama sure seemed to prepare hard last year for a team that isn't considered part of the conference.

Arky sure seems jacked up to play a team they don't consider part of the conference. (Yes, we are too.)

Speak for your own school, chief. We don't really care much about Auburn either to be honest, it's just another game on the schedule. (Granted, an important one considering the ranking, but that's about it.)

Don't laugh, its true.

The 2009 contract the SEC signed purposefully didn't have a network as part of the deal. Why? Because the SEC footprint at that point couldn't support one.

Then in 2011, thanks to A&M starting expansion, the SEC adds 50% more to its population footprint and the SEC Network is formed.
