Huh? Florida didn't have anywhere close to a 40-year bowl streak. They had multiple years without bowls in the '80s and also didn't go to a bowl in 1990.

The East was terrible the last three years at least. I think they'll pretty obviously be better this year.

You realize we play teams from the west still right? Also the whole SEC championship thing is east vs West, so that whole "extra arms for rings" thing would just be ypu getting your arse pounded by the top teams in the west...... kinda like you do now. They don't give consolation rings to the losers. Although I think south Carolina does have some random weak arse ring they had made themselves and I'm sure the football players at mizzou probably locked arms and threatened to hold their breath if they didn't get 2nd place rings so maybe you could get some afterall!

Of course, it isn't. How many west teams are above 9.5? And setting the Vols there means they expect half the bets above 9.5, for 10, 11 or 12 wins.

This really cracks me up. Auburn & hawg fans bemoaning the East. Fired patron St Richt the Pius prison raped AU at every turn. And what he did on his last trip to Fayetteville was even worse. That game was over with 3 min to go in the 1Q.

If Florida doesn't beat the 7.5, I'd be shocked-- it would also make 2017 a hot seat year for Mac.

I would say so since Tennessee is projected to win the East with rape culture hanging over their heads. Georgia will likely be starting a Freshman QB behind a weak OL. And Florida's offense doesn't look any more promising than it did last season. Missouri is in SFW lala land. And Kentucky, USC and Vandy are well......

Del rio is not treon he is much more in the mold of the quarterbacks Mac has won with in the past
Grier showed last year there is plenty of talent to work with
With the recruiting class we just brought with swain, Cleveland, Hammond, Massey, Thompson, perine etc it could potentially be the best fla offense in a long time
