I don't believe that at all. If he fails badly any year in the next three without winning an SEC title first, he could be fired. I would be surprised that he is retained without at least making the Sugar Bowl in the next three years and that would be the bare minimum of accomplishment. He may have gotten the job because he is local but he wont be able to keep with without results.

He's a stop gap, just like Muschamp. They're good recruiters and if they don't have success the next guy comes into a talented team.
