You lost 41-7 to Auburn and it could've been much worse.

You tell me.

And the team has made some adjustments and responded behind players in key roles with 2+ years of eligibility left.

Rushed the field for beating Ole Miss. Sounds like something any proud program would do.

Wait didn't Georgia 2007 get destroyed by multiple touchdowns against Tennessee? And people were claiming they should have been national champs that year

Remember when Florida dropped a simple, easy TD pass that would have put LSU at 0-3 in the SEC?

Yeah...

Success and failure in the SEC is a razor this margin.

It's ridiculous how people don't understand shite like this. It's like their brains can't process the concept of teams sometimes getting better (and worse) over the course of a season.

Good teams do not lose by five (or more) touchdowns. Period.

Yep.....the team you saw in Jordan-Hare 3 weeks ago was not a good team. The team you saw physically pound one of the top defenses in the nation last night is a different team....a good TEAM.

What part of the game did rushing the field happen?

I must have missed this

"The program" did not rush the field. But I love how you douche bags think that fans rushing the field reflects on a program's mentality.

So we got a break. UF got a break with a blown coverage to get them down there. And LSU responded to force a FG. That's what good teams do....find a way to win. We know all about the margin. A made FG by Oklahoma State in 2011 and one more first down against Bama in 2012 and LSU is probably hoisting the crystal 3 times in 6 years instead of Bama's 3 in 4.

When we win, the decline is a hoax, when we lose it's real. It goes week by week.

I know LSU doesn't have the history of Bama or Tennessee. But i don't get how people can say LSU just started playing in 2000. Last a checked LSU was at the very least a top 15 program all time. And most likely higher than that

LSU folks are the ones using 2000. I'd prefer they use it all, but that's just me.

I mean, you act like the rest of the fans on the Rant are bipolar, when in reality LSU fans go from "Fire Les" after a loss to "we're the best team in the country" after a win.

All LSU folks? Some of are proud of the fact that only 10 FBS programs have more wins than LSU. Just so you know there also 6 FBS programs ahead of Bama too.
