Its not like we're ranked in the Top 10. We're rated pretty damn accurately. Not overrated at all. Could some teams beat us outside of the top 15? Yep. Could we destroy multiple teams in the top 15? Yup.

The two losses don't help. Granted, two "quality" losses, but losses nonetheless.

Compared to the rest of the BCS top 25:

1 Alabama -- Better than A&M
2 Oregon -- Better
3 Florida State -- Better
4 Ohio State -- Better
5 Stanford -- Worse
6 Baylor -- Better
7 Miami (FL) -- Better
8 Clemson -- Even
9 Missouri -- Even
10 Oklahoma -- Worse (good God this is the most overrated team)
11 Auburn -- Better
12 Texas A&M
13 LSU -- Better
14 South Carolina -- Even
15 Texas Tech -- Worse (see OU)
16 Fresno State -- Worse (but I like DeRuyter)
17 Northern Illinois -- Worse
18 Oklahoma State -- Worse
19 Louisville -- Worse
20 UCLA -- LOL
21 Michigan -- Worse
22 Michigan State -- Worse
23 UCF -- Worse
24 Wisconsin -- LOL
25 Notre Dame -- Seriously?

So, giving the "Better" and "Even" teams the benefit of the doubt:

Miami isn't better than A&M. Miami is terribly overrated. They're a 22 point underdog to FSU.

42-49 loss to #1 Alabama
41-45 loss to top 10-ranked (depending on poll) Auburn

The Ags aren't terrible.

They have one of the best QB's and probably the best WR in the whole country.

Besides that they are a very flawed, incomplete team.

It says alot that Manziel and Evans are carrying them as much as they are.

Their ranking at about #12 is pretty correct.

A fair ranking is being an underdog to everyone ahead of you and a favorite against everyone behind you and I think it's about right.

Vegas has them as the 8th best team. Think I'll take their analysis.

Due to that, one can argue we are underrated.

If you want to beat TAMU you must score over 40. While that's not impossible against this D, it's not some given.

We're going to score nearly every possession. There aren't a lot of teams that can keep up with that.

This is a strange year. You could make a case that every team outside the top 3 is overrated.

What is really scary is how well our Defense played vs Vandy. I though vandy was solid after the georgia game and really believed they were going to put up a fight.

Then our defense destroyed them (mostly.)

It's hard to tell because they have played exactly DICK for anybody that even remotely resembles an FBS team. They have stopped people on defense (something we can't do) and they have scored 70+ points 4 times this year.

So, while I hate those tap-dancing sissy-boys, I can't say they are overrated until I actually see them play a division 1 football team.
