This ^^ in a Nutt shell.

OM is a good, not great coaching job. Hell, it's in the best conference in the country. It's not the fricking pressure cooker of LSU/Bama/FLA/AU.

The fans would be perfectly fine with a consistant top 15-20 ranked program.

It's a good coaching job for someone young and energetic with power recruiting on his resume.

+50. I've said this for years now. O wasn't sharpshooter of coaching but he had a nose for the ammo.
