I know you guys hate I'm right about Gus.
At least Gus can keep his fricking mouth shut while he's stinking it up.

His defensive reputation isn't going to go away from a bad year where he inherited a bunch of kids that weren't developed by the previous coach. It's going to take more than 1 season to have them to form, but I will say the DB play is a lot better. You can see the younger guys are actually being coached.
At the end of the season, I could see the DL coaching staff getting a shake up. Garner isn't cutting it on that front.

Folks that know football understand that he was undertaking a rebuilding job.
Most folks must not include most Auburn fans. According to you guys all you needed was two or three more stops a game and those 5 losses last year would have been wins.

Well, last year that was all we needed. Considering expectations for this year a few extra stops should have been sufficient if the offense were as productive as we and everyone else predicted.

I feel like Mrs. Muschamp would lose her fricking mind if Will was at home all day, every day
Aw man... Now I picture Will yelling "Boom, Motherf***er" after say cleaning the gutters and shouting at the furniture and the vacuum when it doesn't clean the living room.

If his defense still sucks in year 3 then you may have a point

He should have went to FSU.
Huge career mistake coaching with Gus.
Agree. I bet at that first meeting when Gus unfurled his demon spawn bat wings and his eyes turned black, Muschamp knew he'd fricked up

Your own fans are being harder on him than any Hog fans have been.
That begs the question. Why would hog fans be hard on auburn's coach?

all i know is the we dont have talent shite is a a bad excuse it might not be getting developed but there is plenty on campus to field a good defense

Yes, he is. But half of the names you mentioned are true freshman. One of them is redshirting and the others are contributing.

I agree. Fire him. Players should be 'ballin' and they're not. Fire the coach, no excuses. Certainly we shouldn't wait to see how this thing plays out.

Auburn's recruiting is no lower than 11th over the last 5 years. Sorry Aubs but you can't just blame it on talent.

The question now is whether the responses you get will actually manage to be shittier than your OP.

Still he will have made over $11,000,000 in three years when you include the 6.3 million from Florida.
Did his UF contract not have off-sets for the $$ he makes at a new job? Basically, he's guaranteed to make at least $6.3M but Florida doesn't pay an amount = to what a new employer pays (example - UF to pay $2.1M per for 3 years, but if he makes $1.1 elsewhere, then UF pays $1M)?
Most HC contracts have that clause. If his didn't, then props to him and his agent.

We aren't and neither am I. But you still have to have players that fit what you want to do and you also have to get rid of the attitude problems.

They owe him regardless. Jimmy Sexton baby!

Brah coaches have to work with what they have, not what they wish they had.

Yeah, they owe him no matter what. He is pretty much guaranteed almost $4M a year for three years.
Pretty impressive, lol.
