seems like every year they are mediocre, yet produce high quality NFL DE's out of absolutely nowhere.

Something in the water?

His name was Coach Kul and he's one of the best in the country.

He's with Miami and Richt now.. I still can't believe that Missouri let him get away.

Same. And guy like Kul could potentially be a game changer for a coach who's always been thisclose to breaking through like Richt was at UGA. I thank God Richt didn't get him at UGA.

Charles Harris is the 6th Missouri DL/LB taken in the 1st rd since 2009. That's more than anyone else in span. Alabama 2nd with 5.

D-Line ZOU!

Sit back and watch future drafts. Then you'll forget about Kul. We have.

DL coach Kul was pasted-over numerous times for DC by Pinkel. There was a reason. Kul didn't even talk to Odom (then DC) for one full year, he was butt hurt he didn't get the job. He had to go because Odom got the new HC gig. Kul then mails Mizzou's D playbook to a few competitors. Richt called Pinkel to ask about Kul, and Pinkel gave him the thumps-up. Pinkel at that time did not know what Kul had done regarding the playbook. Miami is Kul's last job. And now you know why.

***And Mizzou changed their D in 2016 because of the playbook crap. Our D sucked (all year) because of it. We had to change back mid-season. Result, we beat Vandy and arky late.

Not even close. Most of the German influence resides in NE or within resident Amish or Mennonite sects scattered about the Eastern US.

The word "Missouri" often has been construed to mean "muddy water" but the Smithsonian Institution Bureau of American Ethnology has stated it means "town of the large canoes," and authorities have said the Indian syllables from which the word comes mean "wooden canoe people" or "he of the big canoe."
