He doesn't handle pressure well at all. He isn't going to make it in the NFL unless he learns to deal with it better than that.

Mccarron is a game manager, which is pretty easy to do when your oline gives you all day. With regard to physical talent, Mccarron is definitely subpar. He makes all the right decisions given enough time, but he sure seems to shite the bed under pressure.
