Not that it mattes for the purpose of this troll, but the schedule remarks are meant to suggest it is hard to survive such a brutal road schedule. Causing something like the way we came out flat against A&M.
quote:The defense is horrible as usual - in the past AU's offense and special teams have bailed out a bad D.
In the end the defense has hurt this team all year and though the offense only put up 7 in one game a trend that does not make.
Problems arise when special teams become a liability and when the offense coughs up turnovers & untimely penalties (Shon Coleman) that slow down that "Auburn Fast" offensive scheme. Players looked uninterested on the sideline even in the first half of the UGA game before the real beatdown commenced.

I agree. This particular team has played lasse faire on several occasions this season. In fact, they haven't played a complete game yet. There are fundamental talent issues in the D-line and youth issues on the O-line. Neither will get worked out this season. I know much has been mentioned about luck last season, but that team made their own luck. This team doesn't. It would be nice to reload each position with a ready 5 star but we don't have that type of depth. Especially on defense. CGM is a good coach, this is his first real crisis and it will help shape him. No Auburn fan thought the final stretch would be easy this year and most would have been fearful to bet on Auburn in either DSOR or Iron Bowl, but the loss to A&M makes it seem like the wheels are coming off.

My god I wish Auburn fans would shutup about the schedule. You played USC, LSU, A&M and Arky at home and got MSU, Ole Miss and UGA so far on the road. You had UGA at home for two straight years. Ole Miss and MSU are good this year, but historically this would have been a very favorable home schedule and an easy road schedule. The schedule did not wear down your precious Tigers. Auburn shite the bed against a bad A&M team and are grasping at straws to figure out how such an event could happen. All you can point to is a brutal road schedule, which at that point had only included MSU and Ole Miss in the SEC.

I didn't read this thread, but can someone please cliffs if it is worth reading.
It would be worth reading only if this thread is about how the United States Military cybernetically enhanced Paul Johnson creating the perfect option coach: Arthur Gustave Malzahn, III. If this isn't about some cool terminator or Wolverine shite like that, I'll pass.

Gimmick offense that will struggle to pull top tier talent due to the nature of the O.
Cam Newton 5* and Heisman Trophy winner, National Champion and 1st Pick Overall of 2011 NFL Draft.
Ben Tate (2009), Michael Dyer(2010 & 2011), Cam Newton(2010), Tre Mason(2012 & 2013), Nick Marshall(2013), and Cameron Artis-Payne(2014) have all rushed for 1,000 yds.
There's plenty more, but...you're not worth that much of my time.
