Is LSU uniquely positioned to have the firing of a HC during the season

To not have it effect it's recruiting? LSU is THE school in LA for football. Can a coaching change mid year still not harm it's recruiting efforts or will we see defections that wouldn't have happened otherwise?

Of course, the other side of the coin is the axing of Les helps them, but this is tRant and that nonsense won't be tolerated in this thread.

I keep reading statements similar to this, but The University & Saban pretty much take who they want from LA.

I am worried about some of the fish we been poaching out of Texas the last few yrs. Not too worried about the LA kids at this point.

I figure LSU will be fine in recruiting. Seems like kids commit to LSU because they love the school. At least a little bit more than most schools.

Some of our class is probably LSU no matter what. I think we see some defections though but a good hire probably gets the job done to save a top 15 class
