LSU can say what they want but it's all about beating Bama. This year was about 7-0 LSU with a Heisman candidate. LSU was gonna kill Bama . Not 1 word about firing Les. Things didn't go as planned and now let's get rid of Miles. That's been the case for the past 5 years now. What was the pre season predictions for LSU was 7-5 to 10-2 pending on who was talking. That means nobody really knew. There was a discussion at work today which is right outside Baton Rogue. LSU can thank Saban and Miles for making LSU program respectable. Saban started it and Les Miles carried it. Before Saban, the program was not that good. So my question to you is what makes you think it will not go back to the way it was before? LSU has become a mess and top recruits are decommiting

You're going to have to be better than Saban to do so. Idiot.

Genro, we aren't just gonna lay down and take it. We are forced to try something different. Miles isn't getting it done my man.

You are a good enough poster on here to see this. .

To not try something different is throwing up the white flag.

Over/under on the number of bricks being thrown through Les' window if he lived in Tuscaloosa after the last 3 weeks?

This thread has strengthened my resolve in being 100% ok with Miles' impending firing.

Then why ask? I can only assume because the L5U posters on this board have been wrong about almost all predictions they have made recently. Now all we need is Peej to guarantee a L5U homerun hire if y'all shite can miles.

The fact that refer to LSU as L5U makes everything you post not only juvenile but inflamatory as well.

You should have spoke up to the tiger rant trolls who showed up here the two weeks before the Bama game this year.

Yeah because 3rd tier was ancient history for Bama. We beat you 5 in a row in the 00s and now you've returned the favor. But I'm sure this is going to be status quo now. You'll never be dominated by LSU again. Nah ah.

Wins came once we started paying money to top coaches.
We have a ton of in state talent.

Not knowing who the coach will be is a big deal, BUT if you get a good replacement soon it will be an easier transition.

Louisiana is a hotbed for football talent.

History?

History says we are an infinitely better program than you corn dog lovers

History also says that without our coach and without your current coach you suck

Back to third tier. Bye bye losers

Yes, whether or not it was time to move on to a different coach. Just in the way it's going down. The guy on the Board of Supervisors spoke out publicly before the Ole Miss game; so my guess is the whispers started way before then.
In retrospect, I wouldn't be surprised if this wasn't the reason Chavis bailed when he did; remember how he wanted his contract to be separated from Miles'? Looking back, there might have been an ultimatum going into this season, one the coaches knew was unreasonable to be expected to meet.

It all smells bad, and if there isn't a big name in the near future that we can all get behind, I think we're in for a whole lot of trouble.
