Moar, as a competitive swimmer back in the day...not saying or denying we peed in the pool...As a masters swim team member at UK, I am not peeing in the pool...but well aware of the club and UK swimmers are doing it.

So, it was a bunch of students that live around campus made the sign (guessing chicks). I am sure with the heat they are getting, they will rethink about putting up the sign.

I don't care about the sign, just providing some context. If anything it could help UF, it's made the rounds with the players on Twitter.

If a sign is the motivation to get up for a Kentucky game you would figure it would to keep the streak going.

When you've beaten a team 30 consecutive times, you have to get creative with motivation.

I'd take just about anything for the team to get up for a Kentucky game. When you have a 30 game win streak, complacency is a pretty big concern.

It'll be a close game. I think Florida wins a close one but we'll see.

Florida's defense is their offense. They cannot put anyone away. Kentucky will always have a chance and they're at home.

You do know none of these players have been on the team for 30 years, right? At least I assume not.

They've told the fans not to rush the field every other year for the last ten years.

Why?

Because they've rushed enough under the new rule that it's up to $250,000 a fine.

They just say that though. They won't give a shite if they do rush the field but have to give the appearance that they're not encouraging it if it goes down.

I guess I don't get "rush the field", this isn't the Florida of their Spurrier/Meyer days. This is at best an 8-4 team.

I guess the streak, but good grief, save the field rushing for something worthwhile.

Kentucky has a defense this year. Maybe it's fools gold against weak opponents; but looks solid in the run game and red zone so far. Our special teams are improved (the teams might have the two best kickers in the conference - could get interesting if it becomes a FG battle.) Last year Stephen Johnson was still a backup, 10-4 as starter / primary QB since then. The game is in Lex.

We rushed the field when we beat a 5-7 Tennessee team and that was at the end of the season.
