Unless he's hurt and hiding it I can't understand why he's not at least putting up respectable numbers (around 4 YPC).
He needs to leave the Rams or he's going to head down Richardson way and his story will be sadder than Richardson's as he had a better first year in the NFL than him.

Have you had any exposure to the Cleveland Browns? Consider yourself blessed if you haven't. They have literally played dead while pass "protecting" and causing serious injury to at least FOUR starting QBs this year. Rams are bad but the Browns are literally shite stains on the league.
