Seems like a good time for Battle to make his first real footstep at bama

I say Bama will one-up AU by the AD jumping out there and shaking Jones' hand at mid-court, while telling Grant to hit the streets....

firing Grant at halftime.

it is likely the AD had a hand in setting up that schedule

Our schedule is going to be just as tough next season. We will go to Xavier and Wichita, have UCLA come to Tuscaloosa, playing in the CBE Classic...

Wichita loses a few players, but that is offset by having to go to their gym.

Not that bad, even Mizzou beat UCLA at home.

Iowa State, Maryland, and I think Arizona State.

No. He will be back. It appears Alabama's administration is committed to keeping Grant at least one more year. It's probably do (i.e., make NCAA tournament) or die (get fired) for him next year though.

That should be a solid field, all of those will likely be tourney teams next year.

If we can bring in one more big in the spring, I think we will have a good team next year, assuming Tarrant and Kessens can contribute. It'd be nice to play a good schedule and actually win some games.

That schedule should lead to a high SOS, so even if you lose them you can go into conference play knowing you need to finish in the top4-5 to make the tourney.

Losing all the games listed isn't going to hurt you, winning would obviously help.
