Dude, I talked to Todd Holcomb about it one day. They've had one guy right 200 replies with separate IDs on there before.

They are seeing another year where a rival gets what they want.

They start next year with a new QB and the same shitty DC...not a lot of reasons to be happy.

Well, it isn't a shitty academic school now, so I'm guessing you do.

I'm sure some of you are reasonable, but clearly the UGA fan base is unsettled

I'm not sure there will ever be a time when the UGA fanbase isn't unsettled. We're a pretty volatile bunch, generally. Not unlike LSU

I don't have a problem with it. You have a good team. your record proves it. Good luck against Florida State!

I'm not sure I get it, are we supposed to be thrilled for oneofour biggest rivals?

Me neither. I don't have a particular problem with them, but I'm not going to cheer for a rival to win the national championship. I wouldn't expect them to if roles were reversed

Serious question, are older UGA fans rustled because of the shifting dynamic of the UGA fan base? I've heard some grumbling over the last 5 years or so, but I don't know if those people are just "get off my lawn" types.

To put it in SECr language: As you're quickly becoming the Rutgers of the South, are your older, more genteel fans upset by that?

Watching their rival win a MNC then fire their coach and then play for another MNC before they get to do either has got to be maddening.

Nothing maddening about Ole Miss records, though, is there?

Gaining academic success is a great thing for the university and the state.

Ummm it's the older ones who don't want to dump Richt. The younger ones are the more volatile bunch. We demand academic and athletic dominance. Only 1 is really working right now.

Exactly. I asked this last night but it got few replies

What AU fans here wanna be honest and say who'd they root for last year in the BCS title if UGA had beaten Bama? Or if we made it next year?
