Rumor has it the 3rd(out of 4) brother who is a FR in HS, has looked better and played better than Michael or Jontay as a fr in hs.

Beware of Counzo Missouri fans. He ditched on Tennessee and called everyone racist when he realized his team was about to suck arse. He took the Cal job right after Michigan beat UT in the elite 8 and on his way out the door blamed it on Tennessee being racist but the real reason was he knew his team was going to be total shite the next year so he bolted for the cushy job in Berkeley before that happened.

I suspect Cuonzo is gonna coach up that top 5 recruiting class to right around 20 wins and a tourney berth for being just off the bubble. Get used to it Mizzou fans, because that's about his ceiling.

That's not great, but it's pretty solid. Basketball season will be hype in 2017. I think you start to see even more parity and a few other teams step up and make names for them selves this year. Missouri of course having a shot to be one of those teams.

You're right, he has recruited extremely well, but he doesn't have anything to show for it. As much as credit he gets for locking down these recruits he's got to get the blame for not doing a thing at Cal with some studs.

Thats really rich coming from a fan of a team in which Cuonzo matched its historically beat feat in a short period of time at a historic dump like Tennessee.

In the 5 years proceeding Cuonzo's tenure Tennessee made 5 tournaments, 3 Sweet 16s and 1 elite 8.
Explain how making 1 Sweet 16 in 3 years matches its historically best feat. Am I missing something?
Guy did well to knock off UMass and Mercer in the tourney with a preseason top 25 team but it will take more than one good draw in 9 years as a head coach to convince me he isn't atrocious on the sidelines.
Guy could not get out of the first round with Jaylen Brown, Ivan Rabb and Jordan Mathews in his only other trip to the tourney.

Fred Hoibergs Iowa State offense. He never had expectations at his previous jobs. Make the tourney, keep your job. Coming to a program with 5 elite 8 appearances he'll need to make one in his first contract to get an extension, its kind of standard around here.

Bro you gotta realize something. For a lot of mizzou fans, our favorite team(even still) Lost to Norfolk st in the first round of the tournament. and we still celebrate that season as a whole.
