Is Chad Kelly going to put in for a draft eval?

Seems like he really got better as the year went on and can make all the throws.I was just curious if he was going to ask for an evaluation. As hungry as the NFL is for quarterbacks and with his pedigree, it would seem like he would want to test the waters.

Already got it back and has said he was staying.

He'll never make it in the league.

He had how many yards and he doesn't even think he will be a first rounder in a very weak QB class?
Is what i would be telling Shea Patterson right now.
I get why he is staying. The more time he can put between his draft, and him being demonstrably the biggest douche bag in college football the better.

Teams are probably hoping he declares because they could get him at a discount this year. If he's smart he'll stay a year and just do what he did this year again and he will easily be a first round pick and make himself more money.

What has he done since he's been at Ole Miss that you would consider "douchey?"

I know. You prefer players that curb stomp people right?

People will say the Buffalo incident because it was 2 days after he signed with us. Because they are stupid

We'll have Chad Kelly and Shea Patterson.
However, we're all secretly envious of the two deep combination of Brandon Harris and Anthony Jennings. tGOAT

All he has done is ball out on the field and stayed out of trouble. He's walking the walk.
I think NFL teams are waiting to see if he'll sustain the behavior, which I don't blame them one bit for. But to ignore what he's done (or not done) since he's been on campus is just blind hate, and/or plain stupidity.

Is his arm going to get stronger and more accurate?? In Ole Miss' offense will he take snaps from under center and learn to audible in the running game? His WR core gonna improve next year? Finally, unless his draft grade wasn't 4th round or higher there won't be much improvement between in draft status this year a next. In other words, with this WR group and in this offense he has shown about all he can, IMO.

He's played 13 D1 games. Scouts want to see him do it again. And stay out of trouble for another year. This isn't that difficult.

Arm strength and accuracy are not his problems. He can make any throw. His biggest problem is going to be standing under 6'1".

he's listed at 6'2" everywhere, but regardless, a year in college won't change that if that's his biggest problem. And it's not like 6'1" is that short.

I don't think it's that big of a deal. Wallace is a solid 6'2-3" and he had 6,489 batted balls in his 3 years. Kelly gets rid of it quick and it leaves at a high velocity.
