He is better than the two QBs Bama has.
Idk if I'd go that far. He MAY be, but I'd throw all three in a hat, close my eyes, and pick one, tbh.

And I could care less how his skill set translates to the nfl.

That is the turn of phrase you're seeking.

Bo Wallace was not an elite qb last year. He may have become one over the offseason, but we'll have to see when they face the better defenses.
It's impressive what he's done against weaker opponents. That is something, not completely irrelevant. But you can't etch it in stone on that basis - Blake Sims is an elite qb if you go by the first three games alone.

No.
Mack Brown did not even recruit him as a safety.....ie Drew Brees, RGIII, Johnny Manziel, etc

Any Ole Miss fan that thinks he's better than Kenny Trill needs their head examined.

Could have omitted words 5 through 11 and it still would have been a truthful post

Statistically, he's tough, and at this point in the season I just think it's a toss up between he and Hill from TAMU.
I would pick Wallace simply based on experience if I had to chose, but that's all. I believe Hill, in Sumlin's system, will break all passing records in the SEC before it is all said and done.

I believe Wallace, in Freeze's system, will continue to have the deer in the headlights look.

I'm not saying you're wrong, but what has he done so far this year (sans the first half of the Boise game) to make you think this?

Dak has that and only has played about 2 qtrs and 15 snaps. And of course minus the INT's.
Thats just not true.
During the UAB game, State ran 88 plays. Dak ran 79 of them, 80 if you count the reception.

This is how my list looks right now. There's not much separation between them all, though.
People who don't watch OM on the regular won't see what we're seeing in Bo. He looks like a completely different guy out there. All of 2013 he looked timid and scared. He never looked comfortable out there, even against cupcakes. He played tight all year because of the injury and having not been able to work out with the team until the start of fall camp. Even then he was still slightly restricted. I also think Freeze hampered him last year to be safe.
At the start of the Boise game it looked like we'd see more of the "same old Bo". Those 3 picks were scary. But, looking back you can put a lot of that on the OLine. They dug him into huge holes with false starts and he was trying force throws that weren't there to make a play. Since they cleaned that up and Bo started playing within the system and taking what the defenses give him he's been lights out. His single INT since then can be put on his receiver who ran his route too deep and didn't look back for the ball until the last second.
Bo doesn't have that scared, timid air about him anymore. He looks more like 2012 Bo, but more polished and not playing with a separated shoulder.
Now this might all be a facade. We'll find out in two weeks. After that we'll revisit this topic because if he continues to play like he has been, hell without a doubt be in this conversation.

Just tired of the cliche "in Sumlin's system".
The past two years JFF got no credit for his amazing play. He was continually diss'ed for not being a great player and many sloughed it off as it was not him but "Sumlin's system".
Now Kenny Hill is playing lights out and gets no credit. "It's Sumlin's system."
Did you ever think JFF and Kenny Hill are great players on their own? In your post you tried to diminish his ability by saying Hill was good "in Sumlin's system.
Using your (and others) theories Wallace would not be any good but owes it all to his coaches "system".
IMHO Wallace is a good QB but when the pressure is on he tends to make mistakes in crucial parts of the game. That's just my opinion.
My beef is the cliche "in Sumlin's system."

You're a dumb arse. People were falling all over themselves giving JFF credit. And the praise thrown at Hill is abundant also. Pull your panties up, fix your makeup and quit crying.

remains to be seen; Bo Wallace is a good QB who has lead Ole Miss to many wins...
