I believe it. I couldn't even IMAGINE what a group of Texans would act like with half the national titles Bama has.

Hell Texas has one the last 30 years and if you don't mention them in your list of blue bloods (and near the top of the list dammit) they pitch a fit.

If we or they had like 7 national titles you could start a balloon racing competition with all the hot air we would put out.

I very rarely say anything nice about Alabama. But I guess you're a bama fan these days if you don't go out of your way to shite on their team or fanbase

I would not call it delusional, but there is more confidence in this conference than anything we ever imagined in the B12. I don't call it delusional, because even the two weakest schools: UK and Vandy could have a legit argument that they could finish 6th in the B12. Every other of the 12 schools has the resources to finish within the top 6 in the SEC on any given year and that is unique only to the SEC. The Blue Bloods exist, but the middle class is absolutely massive and it's why any one of them could tumble in a given season or finish in the top 6.

I love the drama of the SEC

Amen. And that's what makes us Bama fans so great.

I think being delusional is a bit of a staple of being a fan.

IF you are rational are you really a fan?

Check out the Dawg Rant sometime. UGA fans are completely delusional about almost everything...

Also a very large portion of the Vol hype train is media driven. There are a few ridiculous homers here and there (several on this board) but most of the hype that everyone is hearing is indeed from the media. Yet all I ever hear is that it's all because of UT's delusional fanbase. Again, I'm not denying that there is delusion, but it's overstated.

I know very few UGA fans who are projecting anything better than a 3 loss season this year. That doesnt seem too delusional.

Will be honest and admit to you that as a LSU fan I play a lot of what if

Like what if Coach Saban had been able to hold off the Dolphin's advance against him. But hey it happened and life goes on. Right?
