If Bama isn't, gonna hate it, but we needed help to stay in the thick of things since we lost, same as Okie St needs help to get in. In the end, it's going to be like every single year there aren't 2 undefeated teams playing, it's going to be up to subjective voters in polls.

Well things definitely went as badly as they could last night as far as Bama's chances go. I still THINK we get in, but I'm not a BCS expert.
Not nervous at all though. Like others have said, it is what it is. I don't think there's much doubt that Bama is at least the 2nd best team, but by losing to LSU, it's left up to voters. So we'll just have to wait and see.
If we don't get in, it would be nice to get a decent opponent, but I don' think that's going to happen.

How about not speaking for ALL Bama fans... Im not nervous at all.. What's the point? it was a large coup just to be back in the mix. We blew a game at home that poor coaching and place kicking cost us... So hopefully we get a shot the bcscg, but if not we'll just wax whoever we play and end up number 2 anyway.

Having said that....If Bama doesnt get into the BCSNCG who would the Bammers like to play? Im pretty positive outside the BCSNCG Bama would wax any opponent.

SEC Gauntlet vs. Big 12 schedule? Shut it Bro. Your Georgia team is the only team in the SEC that didnt have to atleast face part of the top three. Dont want to hear anything from you today. You need to be picking that grass out of your teeth.

There is no reason for them to be nervous. They will be playing LSU on 1/09/12. Now once they announce it will be Bama and LSU, that's when they should start getting nervous.

I am not nervous because we had our and knew we would need alot of help to get another. Some may feel nervous because alot has happened to help our cause but we still need the voters at this point just like we did before. I think the issue for some is they bought into it before it was over because most believed it was. The fact is we need the same help we needed on Nov 6th as we do now.
To be honest we are in better shape now then right after the LSU loss. So I feel good about our chances now even though still a crap shoot at this point.

under a minute left:
1) he was dicking around down the field while everyone else was lined up to spike the ball, caused about 10 seconds to tick off
2) got illegal touching on a catch that wouldve put us around the 6 yard line...ran out of bounds then caught it
3) had the game tying TD go through his hands

Really they are about to release where your team is going. Yea im glued to this stuff most of college fans are. I dont know but up there in Bama, but here football is life.

I was a bit nervous this morning, but I believe the teams have already been told who is going, ESPN knows, and the trickle of information is about to become a torrent. Bama is in. The twitterverse will start blowing up in about an hour and a half.
