Statistics show a clear decline in median household income since 'Bama started their winning ways under Saban. 1.3% gains from '07 to '08 have been replaced by a 5% drop from '08 to '09 and almost 10% overall to date. This is a rate of decline that outpaces the national average by 17% over the same time period.
tDecline

This poses very real questions about the football plantation economy of Alabama. Continuing this trend of gridiron achievement could mean a median household of less than $15K below the national average by 2020.

Is this sustainable?

I think this has more to do with the drop in salary for NASA and Missile Defense contractors in Huntsville (very few of us played football for Bama) than what you're suggesting.

It's dropping because we are spending more on travel to the playoffs and then all that new championship swag. It adds up over time.

I should know as I just paid up for tix to the SoCal game.

Despite dumb shite like your OP, I still wish Louisiana well with the current situation.

..and yes Louisiana cannot point and laugh at the state of any other state, no pun intended. There's a reason so many LSU fans live in TX.

I'm reading this and thought I'd give it a try.

Statistically, there is nothing incorrect about the OP. But if you read this and actually thought there was any validity to it, know that you are highly susceptible to being swayed by bullshite.

Bad troll bro. Thank God for kickoff in a couple of weeks. These weak arse trolls are making this place a lot less enjoyable than it should be. Quit fricking up the board slick.
