I have to ask... what have you heard regarding AU and this article coming out tomorrow?

All I know is a story that's coming out. It's not just about Auburn. How much a part of it is about Auburn or what it will say, I do not know. There is lots of talk, but nothing of substance that I have heard.

What kind of newspaper calls themselves the "Memphis Commercial-Appeal"? Is that like one of those papers you buy at the gas station for $1 and they have picks of all of the local people who have been arrested?

ESPN is adorable. They are like a failing TMZ. Broadcasting sensationalistic rubbish instead of attempting to pretend to

Kyle Veazey is a douchebag of major proportions. I honestly wish nothing bad on AU. He is a snooping lil bitch that doesn't know his place. He was the Clarion Ledger beat writer that covered State for a few years and all he did was try and dig up shite on us. Then he became OM's beat writer and did the same with them. When I heard he was involved in the herp derp I knew it would be shite

Brandon Hill is the only one with any connection to Alabama that is mentioned in the article from what I am hearing. He says nothing about Alabama at all according to people "in the know".

We'll just have to wait until tomorrow to find out what it's all about.

Bingo. All of the doom and gloom they are talking about will make for a ton of readers too. It doesn't matter if there is any concrete evidence or not, the writers will have done their jobs. I am sure the Memphis Commercial-Appeal will have one of their largest publishing runs ever.

Several have said UA and UGA to a lesser extent but it seems the focus is AU and MSU. Roy Adams is in this up to his neck from what is being told, there is a reason he was visited by UT compliance department recently.

Alabama will be mentioned because of Brandon Hill. But he's at a prep school right now.

All I can gather is a bunch of schools are 'bout to get their shite jumped on for recruiting violations that apparenlty happen on the reg in Memphis. What I don't get is "cities" usually aren't pos's. I mean Cam's dad was a POS, Albert Means was a POS, but a city? 'splain this to me please.

You've obviously never been to Memphis.

This is more in line with what i've heard. Bama doesn't expect it to be "too bad", but AU is not excited about it.

All the reports that have been out there said there was nothing funny about Hill's recruitment. I think you know there would be thread after thread at even the hint of it.

This. Memphis and Shreveport are the left and right arm pits of the South.

Tennstuds post.

Gary Parris did say that there's a lot of rumors out there that something is coming down on the Auburn situation.  I did not ask him to elaborate but listening to Paul Finebaum driving back from the hospital, Paul made reference to a lot of internet chatter out there, that something big is in the works.

Rumor, rumor, but the soccer coach at Wooddale HS, an Auburn graduate, who carried Jovon Robinson down to Auburn one week end and Jovon didn't tell his mother, the auto broke down, Jovon didn't call his mother about going down to Auburn, the mother reported Jovon missing to the Memphis police, is allegedly involved in this national ESPN, Yahoo, story.

Not much new chatter on this from our end right now...The freak out has definitely subsided over the past few weeks...
