Chick Fil A was pretty entertaining, as was the BCS NCG
The Sugar Bowl will be remembered given all of the Stoops trash talking and then seeing his team go out and back it up.

I forget the bowl. But the one where Colorado State played Washington State was an exciting game.

Completely biased answer: Manziel's best game in his 2 years at the Chick-Fil-A Bowl.
Cotton Bowl watching Mizzou take down a former nemesis was entertaining and gratifying.
Capitol One with SC was a very good game, also gratifying.
Recusing myself from choosing the Chick-Fil-A, I'd have to go with the NC game. That was a very good game. First half it looked like "here we go again" with the SEC smashing some pretender. And then... Jameis.
