KInda. They can throw the hell out of the ball and were playing good defense at the time.

No. Bama threw picks, those are not luck.

OM is good at passing the ball. They do not care about running it. That is Alabama biggest weakness on D. So they were able to attack Bama.

Meanwhile, Bama is built to stop running teams like LSU. And LSU still cannot pass the ball except lucky deep passes. So Bama was able to attack them.

yes, it was a huge upset. but its hard to say it was a fluke, what happened to the rebels last night could be considered a fluke. but ole miss built 20 point leads on bama, twice. extending 20 point leads twice is not a fluke.

Not to disagree with your point, which is valid, but letting the other team come back from those leads and fall barely short at the end is sort of a less-appealing side of that same coin.

Yes or no, was that game a fluke upset.

No. They were beating Bama's arse all night long and if not for a great comeback, the game wouldnt have been close.

Lets not start rewriting history to make the loss look like a win

Of course it was. If you take out the biased Alabama and Ole Miss fan bases and just listen to what neutral parties around the country say they all mention that Alabama self-destructive beat themselves home is called lucky breaks etc the final score is obviously what matters in the record book however you can't ignore how that final score was arrived at when evaluating the teams

I have no problem with Alabama having a loss on their record. Just wanted people's opinions of Bama now to see how times have changed.

times havent changed. Bama is an odd team this year. Defense is amazing but offense is hit or miss.
