Would you like to bet who gets drafted higher?

The only thing more douche than a message board bet challenge is a message board fight challenge.

Why do we leave out Henry? If you don't catch him behind the line he is going for 20 yds at least

Who cares? We have this season, and next. As long as Fournette doesn't turn into a Dirty Bird.

Alabama fans will tell you Henry is little behind both Chubb and Fournette.

Ok. I'm willing to hear this out.

[clicks link and is reading fairly objectively until he finds this]

quote:

His ability to get downhill immediately is a function of LSU’s offense but he’ll need to prove that he can fit a zone scheme as well as he fits his power/isolation scheme at LSU.

Hmmm. Proof that he can fit in a zone scheme? Hmmm.

[continues reading...stopping again to ponder...]

quote:

He has track speed but he doesn’t quite have the vision that Chubb does to find the cut-up/cut-back holes on the backside of runs.

An inside zone run where he finds the cutback lane and then cuts again at the 2nd level to completely DESTROY the last line of defense without running them over.

This also happens to be the first play from scrimmage for LSU on offense. Did the author even watch the game? Hmmm.

Hmm indeed.

[Stops reading; snickers at troll]

The only thing more douche than saying the NFL thinks Chubb is better than LF is lying about it.

That was written by a sports writer for the Washington Post. Not once did he quote an NFL executive or a coach. Just thoughts about "his utopian NFL world".

I mentioned a few days back that as Fournette separates himself as the best back in the game, Georgia fans would get more creative in how they try and state otherwise.

Thank you for proving me right. We didn't even have to wait till the week 4 games.

The only question regarding Fournette is will he be the #1 pick? Most shy away from drafting RB's that high.

Fournette looks like McFadden just because of how big and fast he is (probably not quite as fast as college McFadden), but he runs with the agility of a smaller back and packs more of a punch than McFadden when he meets defenders head on.

Fournette is better than Hershal Walker

I highly doubt it. RB is the 6th most important position in the NFL right now.

QB
LT
DE
CB
WR
RB

It's making a slight comeback, but the days of #1 overall RBs is long gone.

Yeah, that's my upvote.
