Drug culture?
Well that must be Tennessee. They are chugging a drug up their asses. That seems pretty damn extreme.

True.
But maybe it's not his lesson to learn.
I'd argue that society has a lesson or two to learn about this topic.

It is dude. I'm with you on legalization, but everyone knows the rules and he broke them. I smoke with some regularity and I had a job this summer that drug tested. I didn't smoke.
He needed to be smarter.

I agree completely. I said this to myself in response to what I wrote..
That is good of you to not smoke for a job, the farthest I've gone with that is holding off for the initial test when I started. I said it more as a point that society needs to learn a lesson too.

You see, as long as we have ignorant people like yourself in this world these people lives will continued to be ruined over something that is less harmful to society than people using alcohol.
I don't recall ever actually taking a social stance on the matter. All i said was these kids are tards for doing this in the context of their given opportunities. For most them millions of dollars are hinging on their college careers. And whether you agree with it or not, it is STILL illegal at the moment.
Don't be so quick to assume you understand my view of the social factors associated with marijuana use. Instead focus on what was actually said in the post. These kids are fricking stupid for doing something they know is illegal as well as understanding the consequences should they get caught.
fricking hipie

It was for a couple of months and good money. Being a student, I couldn't frick that up.

It'll eventually figure it out dude.

Not really. Accepting you making a choice to smoke something that is mind altering, albiet small, isn't my responsibility. It's against the law. It's your responsibility to get that law changed and not violate the law, and that's the lesson that needs to be learned.

A more useful lesson would have been to never consent to a search of your house. If they have probable cause, they don't have to ask. Good luck getting a warrant without probable cause.
Why don't these big football programs don't have some legal education classes?

I can't believe I find one of your posts humorous but

You see, you shouldn't have to accept me wanting to alter my consciousness. In fact, you should have no say in it at all, it's my own mind. What I do with it is my own business.
You were mr. anti control on another thread, what type of hypocrisy is this? This is uber control, controlling what I choose to do with my mind.

If you have a team of 18-22 year olds, you probably have multiple dudes who smoke weed.

I almost mentioned this..
The drug testing industry is a monster. They want to get it mandated everywhere they can because its non stop cash coming in. They are ridiculously expensive.

You can buy a home drug kit at Walmart for like 10 bucks, that's a horrible argument. Not to mention, aren't the majority of major programs sponsored by a hospital of some type? And don't these hospitals preform types of drug screenings?

You're not that stupid are you..
You think that schools don't have to pay for what they get from hospitals? They most definitely pay for everything they receive from hospitals (other than what insurance covers).

Its really a product of where they were raised. These kids probably have been smoking since 13. The coaches know this when they go and recruit in someones home. im not say it is smart or right to keep on but just another way to look at it
