OMG, Jim Sweet and I agree on something.

When ever I eat at a new BBQ place I always try to eat some of their meat dry. You can tell alot about a place by those few critical bites.

I love vinegar. It’s easily the best but the white isn’t bad on chicken or turkey.

That’s actually the targeted result. It’s a pork butt done in a brisket style. An Aaron Franklin thing. Probably not something purists here will accept, but resonates with a Texas tastebud.
