It's not butt hurt anything. There is a chain of events that's there for anyone to see.

Bama fans sound like a wife of a serial cheater that says "He won't do it to me though. He loves me!"

Just take the relationship for what it is. You're leasing him. When he leaves at least he left you with a couple of chips.

If he goes, that is fine. I would be thankful for the memories and for building Alabama into what it is today
When Saban came to LSU I wanted at least 5 years and we got that....if Arsparger had stayed 5 years the program would have been totally different.

Bama is the new model he always dreamed of while he was saying he loved you. He never did. Bama doesn't care if he loves them or not. They just want him to keep providing the jewels..

I actually hope that he stays at Bama now. But watch out if he denies this 2 more times.

This is too good. All the LSU fans are sitting here like exgirlriends hoping Saban does us just like he did y'all.

Shouldn't y'all be worried about Metts heisman campaign?

I hope he stays forevever. Stallings to Saban was boring as shite. Beating Bama as an underdog is WAY more fun.

Nick Saban on Texas rumors: 'I’m just too damn old to start over somewhere else'

Translation: "I really, really want a new challenge that others think I'm too old to take on"

Seriously, any time someone says they're just too old to do something, usually that means they really want to do it. And they would certainly give it a try if for no other reason than to prove to people that they aren't too old to do it. Amirite?

Seriously though, does anyone really believe that Nick F'n Saban thinks he's too old to do anything? Really?

Hilarious to hear the bama tards explode in cheers when he said that.

There are going to be a bunch of ticked off rival fans once they figure out Saban will stick around Bama for another 8 years or longer. It is nowhere near a reach for a man in his current health and drive to be able to coach into his early 70s.

And they are just hanging your hopes and dreams on a rumor if they truly think he is bolting to tu (although the majority are just trolling and/or stirring the pot).

Right. So stop with the argument "He's almost 62. No way he leaves to take on a new challenge".

I just heard Steve Spurrier advised Saban not to take the Texas job.
