He took Tech to bowl game every year he was there. He was part of the reason Tim Couch was a #1 draft pick coming out of UK (and got us to an Outback Bowl as well).
It's Washington State. If he breaks even there it's a success.

Look at what Leach did at Tech. Look at what Tommy T is doing.
That's a hard place to win and Leach had them up to #2 in the nation and had an 11-2 season in 2008

In all seriousness, if I'm a DC looking for a job I'm hooking up with Leach. That is literally all he's lacking and he would probably let you do whatever the hell you wanted as long as you stopped the ball.
