On the drive home to Louisiana for Christmas, hit an ice patch after horrible storm (maybe 2005?) on I57, right near the big Lambert's sign. Spun, were facing oncoming traffic, and slammed into snowbank/median, rolling. Snow stopped us; we ended upright with snow up to the windows, roof crunched in. Just me, wife, and dog (who went flying). Christmas presents everywhere.

Tow truck guy saved Christmas so I gave him everything I had in the car that wasn't installed - jumper cables, ratchets, a knife, big bag of beef jerky, etc.

To this day I hate ice and everything it stands for, and will stand there and urinate on it until it goes away so it can't destroy any more Christmases (Christmi?)

Nope. That's a really bad idea. I generally don't think it's smart to sleep and eat in the same place.

Haha, I've never had the opportunity. Doubt I would go for it myself.

Just thought I would slip in the back door, wave at the crowd and wish you all a good night.

Just south of Sikeston? I was born there!

And yes, ice storms are the worst. I remember the year you're talking about - huge snow storm, with ice underneath it. There were a couple more ice storms that year too, my parents (who live in town) were without power for 3 days.

Glad y'all were alright.

Exactly. Right at mile marker 2, just before the 55 exchange.

Apparently your birth was like a butterfly effect, setting in motion a terrible confluence of events that sent us careening through the wintry mix. Thanks a lot.

Well then I blame your mother's reproductive organs. Your father's too, for that matter.

MILE MARKER 2 4EVA

I will get (another) butterfly tat but this one's wings: I57 sign and I55 sign and the antennae will be 2's.

Holy crap this is a great idea

Suits keeps dropping some drama bombshells and I'm loving it.

Mike is all kinds of conflicted.
Louis is getting fricked again.
Harvey is pissed the frick off.

Indeed he does. This isn't the first time he's fricked shite up with his coworker due to an ex either.
