The true word that you are looking for is you's. Up in the Northeast/Great Lakes, it's you's guys for the less educated or educated ones who like to speak slang. Yinz is typically a Western Pennsylvania word, usually Pissburgh

Which part of Pittsburgh is this used in?

I've been up there quite a bit in the past and haven't heard someone use that term.
