most of the fanbase is now realizing how stupid he is. I want a real oc and i want the mental retard to stay out of the fricking way. I dont care if we pay him 4 mill to just coach special teams,recruit and just over see day to day shite.
Id also bring in a outside guy for cracking down on the team since soft retard les can't keep our players out of fricking trouble. we either need to sweep even more shite under the rug or tighten up the ship. I dont care how we do it but 5 years bt bcs victories is entirely too long and off the field shite has cost us shots at bcs games.

im not unreasonable and i know we can't win every game but im tired of watching us go 2 and half quarters without a first down or stupid shite like getting 2 yards in the fourth. 1 bad game a year is ok but we lay like 8 down and just happen to win most. les takes the fun out of football

4 million a year is way too much to be paying a guy who is good for 2 or 3 losses most years. He has lost 15 games and hasn't won a BCS game since winning it all in 2007. That's still a lot better than most programs, but it isn't all that great considering he is being paid as much as Saban who has lost only 7 games while winning 2 NCs and about to be playing for a 3rd in the same timeframe.
