That's the thing guy, plenty of LSU fans have openly admitted, on numerous occasions, that bama is the true #2 and welcome a rematch.

The BCS isn't necessarily about matching up the "2 best teams" it's about the 2 most deserving teams. I don't think anyone would say that Bama isn't the 2nd best team, but there is a sentiment that you had your chance and failed so lets give someone else an opportunity. You don't have to agree with that, but in a system without a true playoff, it's absolutely a legit argument.
