Don't think we will be letting up on the gas that early. Maybe 3rd Quarter though.

I'm sure by now you've all seen the ridiculous stat detailing how good the LSU defensive backs have been on attempts of 15 yards or more. I'm not sure if we still have more picks than completions given up but it was that way going into the Bama game and I don't remember many if any in the last two games.

Yes and prior to our game against USC-E the longest play from scrimmage by an opponent against them was 33 yards...........

May be true; however, LSU > Arkansas. Period. Have a nice day.

Sao has been trolling for as long as I've noticed who he is and I guess the other guy is one of the many Arkansas douchebags to populate this board.

You know you talk a lot about how all of us are assholes but I seem to see just about as many negative posts out of you towards Arky. You seem to lump all of us in one group. Give it a rest man. There are more of us up here that respect LSU than those who don't.

Hopefully we won't need many deep passes. Crossing routes, screens, draws, wheels, power run, and hopefully a special teams score or big turnover on defense will be all we need.

Yeah.

Hopefully.

I'm sure you've looked forward to this passing attack every year since Petrino arrived.

WVU thought the same thing and they couldn't get in the end zone enough. I expect the same thing with the Piggies.

Arkansas was better than LSU last year.

LSU is not the same team this year. They're pretty good... you'll see.

Yeah, Arky will "out-athlete" our defense.

eta: Btw, did all of your athletes forget to show up against Bama, Ole Miss and Vandy? Serious question.

my guess is Petrino is gonna run a lot of short crossing routes, wheels and screens to force your LB's into coverage. If LSU has a weakness on D it's that. Not saying we will exploit it but believe it will be a part of the game plan.
