I can deal with hockey. They actually make contact with each other before someone falls down grabbing his leg in agony.

That's only the players from latin countries. It's their culture to try to get something for nothing. You won't see players from any of the anglo countries doing it.

I can't follow the puck well enough to pay attention. Sure hits are cool but I like being able to tell when someone scores other than a flashing redlight n shite.

Hockey games are actually a lot of fun. It's very fast, physical, lots of action. And I like how they handle penalties - the offender sits for a few and leaves his team short handed.
