If that's the case, let's hope nobody throws any sucker punches.

Just have issue with the "easily" part.

I don't mean that UGA will just walk out there and drop 40 on LSU without trying very hard. I meant it more in the sense that much stranger things have happened.

I just don't think it's unreasonable that UGA comes out fast in the running game, Murray gets in a groove, LSU commits a few turnovers on the road, and then boom, UGA has 45 points. This is especially true if LSU is also scoring a lot, putting more pressure on UGA to keep scoring.

UGA's offense is really, really good. I'm not meaning to insult LSU.

Pretty obvious you know very little about Richt. LSU is probably one of three teams in this conference that guy would be suiting up for. At Georgia they may get in trouble but they get dismissed.

i agree tha richt dismisses a lot of guys for reasons of conduct. so does les miles. hill's transgression was a MISDEMEANOR. a FELONY is a different story.

You might be getting off easy dwelling on Hill. What Jarvis Landry is going to do to your CBs will be downright indecent.

My point was, you've only exceeded 40 points twice, and that against teams with inferior defenses than the one you're about to face.

Add to that, LSU will be the most explosive offense UGA has seen since Clemson's. And will also bring in the best special teams you've seen yet.

I think the chief reason UGA didn't get 40 vs Clemson was because you're defense couldn't get off the field enough. I'm betting that will be the case Saturday vs LSU as well.

Just sayin'

Be scared for all your young players.
They about to get raped, football wise.

ou really think you'll get 40
very, very possible against our defense. Have you seen our linebacker play? Did you see us getting gashed against by the run up the middle and torched down the field by Auburn?

Twice in 3 games ain't bad. I also don't think it's totally a given that LSU's defense is so superior to USCe's. LSU certainly doesn't have a player like Clowney, but probably has better depth. Frankly, y'all haven't played an offense capable of testing you, so we don't know.

Agreed

That, 2 turnovers (1 inside Clemson's 20 yd line) and a botched snap on a chip shot field goal. Penalties also crippled what was pretty massive yardage accumulation for playing a top-10 opponent on the road. These are not excuses for losing, btw. I'm just saying there was more to us not scoring 40 than just Clemson's offense.

I'm tired of the whole "who is the most undisciplined" game. But you do realize pointing out Marshall Morgan is proving the UGA fans point?

Morgan was suspended for 2 games for Boating Under the Influence. Jeremy Hill was suspended for half that length for a track record that is far worse in any objective opinion.

UGA fans aren't saying our players are angels or even better behaved. We are saying that we kick them the hell off the team if they get to the point that Jeremy Hill/Mettenberger get.

Boating while shitfaced is far more dangerous than punching someone in a bar fight.

Only one offense occurred while he was at LSU. He was suspended for that. Not much more could have been done.

Hill didn't play vs TCU, and barely played in the UAB game.

what point are Hill and Mett at?

Hill while at LSU....punched someone in a bar fight.

Mett while at LSU....nothing

like i said earlier...Richt already said that he made a mistake by dismissing Mett. Don't let the boosters run your team.

This will be a shootout. The team that can get to the QB the most will probably win.
