The hatred I've had for Notre Dame is unmatched. I work with a lot of their fans and have been wanting this matchup all season.

Not sure what that even means in this context.

Pretty certain most Bama fans will side wth you on this. LSU should dominate the Irish.

LSU has beaten ND handily in last 2 bowl match ups. ND is on a 4 game losing streak. And LSU has the chance to go ahead in the series being that it is tied at 5-5.

Interesting connection between LSU, Notre Dame, and Alabama...

LSU shares a "mulligan year" with both teams. In 1997, LSU hosted the Irish and lost badly, 24-6. They were paired together in the post-season at the Independence Bowl in lovely Shreveport where the Tigers restored order 27-9.

In before "Mulligan. Didn't count."

Not so fast.......no need to get over confident. When they are on their game-the Irish can be dangerous. They were a "questionable" call away from beating FSU. After that game, they deflated but I expect the Irish to give a one dimensional Tiger offense a tough game!!!

Didn't LSU and Notre Dame play on a fairly regularly basis back in the day?

Not regularly, occasionally. LSU is 5-5 all time against the Irish.
