I'm confused... "Anytime & Anywhere"...

Evidently "Anytime & Anywhere" does not mean what I thought it meant. Seems to be confusing for 13 SEC schools as well.
Maybe Anytime & Anywhere is some kind of obscure incompetent Tiger AD code for a very limited number of acceptable dates and conditions requiring the inconvenience of numerous other SEC schools?
Does Alleva always have disclaimers like a drug commercial when he says something?

you know this but we would have played anywhere anytime this weekend. we said anywhere anytime and meant it because we knew once you get past this weekend playing the game becomes much more difficult. we offered several dates, times and locales and UForfeit refused all of them.
Anytime anywhere doesn't mean screw us as much as possible, harm yourself as little as possible and we'll see you there.
UForfeit had their chance to make this easy and they declined. Now we are dealing with the aftermath of their incompetence.
