If LSU wins this game, it will be solely because of John Chavis. In fact, we should just build a damn statue of him now. Chavis for president.

i called LSU losing to arkansas(i didnt see it being a shutout however) and now im calling A&M to blowout my tigers. Our team is young and the coaches looked like they've packed it in. We've played absolutely horrible on the road this year and with basically all the "moral victory goals" gone now (last goal was a shot at another 10 win season) i just cant picture our young pups getting up for this game.

I disagree.

bye week to get healthy and mentally prepared.
Ending the season on a high note, and generally just a much better match up.

Arkansas was a bad matchup for us, and we were coming off an emotional loss to Alabama. Had all the makings of a trap game.

But our defense is made to stop a team like Texas A&M.

I think it's hilarious that he has received any criticism at all. 3rd and Chavis is stupid. EVERY defensive coordinator is exposed at times. Chavis is the best one out there, and he has a horrible offense that can never get him points. In today's college football, Chavis is the only guy I'd trust to slow down a spread.

Dude, you are overreacting. LSU has one of the best defenses in the nation. I doubt if A&M scores over 3 TD's regardless of LSU's ineffective offense. And the Aggie defense isn't exactly world-beaters. I'm still picky LSU straight-up in this game. You guys got caught by a very hungry/fired up Arkansas team in their house. The Hogs are obviously a much better team than their record shows and I would not be surprised to see them upset either Ole Miss or Missouri.

Most of our fans can go full retard very quickly. Chavis is a great DC.

Tell me about it. I seriously can't think of a single guy I'd take over him, but during the rare event that the LSU defense has a bad game, the rant is screaming that the game has passed him by. He does have some weak spots obviously, like he hates recruiting, but that's what assistants are for.

No chance in hell. I really do like him, don't understand the hate he gets from our fans. Not the defenses fault the offense is a black hole of excitement and time-of-possession.

If I thought our D could hold LSU under 500 yards rushing I'd predict a win.

As of right now I don't see that happening

If Miles starts or plays Harris I think the team will be more energized. If not, 59-0.

Nah A&M doesn't have a defense and we have a pretty good defense. Chavis knows how to shut down A&M. If Mizzou can go in and beat them than we can

You will be shocked then. LSU will beat A&M and the Fire Miles movement will be dealt a crushing blow. It's just sort of the karmic way things go.

We have no offense, and our defense will stay on the field and get tired. If we get down by 7, it's over.
