No NA, an honest response is that you don't think it's true and you don't think they would do that. When you type that childish shite you typed, I treat it as such.
He has investments that are not doing what he needs them to do. He may need more money than bama is willing to fork out.

UK is more than just the hardwood. If they were not yall would have bolted to the ACC. Football still pays the bills and the SEC is a bill paying mofo.
Don't get me wrong, I thank whatever is out there on a regular basis that we're a charter member in the SEC or we'd probably be fricked in all this expansion business.
I do think this is the first time I've seen the administration make an honest effort to improve football and not just patch it up for a little bit. They're supposedly going to push for state bonding to upgrade facilities and the like.

The good thing about the expansions, it's only schools trying to better themselves and not conferences bumping schools for other schools.

There's a bit of a difference of an honest response and being an arse to be an arse. Which is exactly what you did. And it certainly came off that way to me.
Dream on hooker is rodney carrington quote, that shite is hilarious

I didn't know we had to have links to prove everything. That said, people thought it would be outlandish for the Boston Celtics to give Rick Pitino as much as they did to land him when he was at Kentucky and primed for another National Championship run. So if you're naive enough to think it's not possible I don't know what to tell you.
As far as this goes it's my opinion that a NFL owner would not give 4% ownership to a coach. And the basis for this was from a BS thread with no link based on a rumor from a fan trolling.

And it makes you look like a shite because you can't just DWI, not respond to him, and move along.
Ehhh, I'm not perfect...

Re: Saban
I hope he stays because I enjoy him being in the SEC (yes this is easy for me to say given we're not exactly competing with him for championships). But I don't think it's at all a stretch to say he could leave Alabama. I know Alabama fans are put off by that but how many high profile coaches like him have stayed at a program for that long? I'd say the same thing about Calipari. I'll believe that he wants to retire at Kentucky like he says (and quit coaching all together in 5-6 years) when it happens. Same with Pitino at Louisville.
Now it's entirely plausible that Saban doesn't want to go anywhere either. I think there's a desire sometimes for guys like him and Calipari to want to be the best of the best and not just the best right now. And they can do it at their respective spots right now.
It can go either way. Anyone who says it can't is being naive though.

It was a rodney carrington joke.

Link??? we bama fans deal with this stuff everyday from lsu fans coming over from the TR with rumors of cheating, conspiracy, bias, etc from LSU fans. I don't know you so.... this type of rumor comes off as trolling.

Generally those things don't come in links.
We all knew Gillispie was a drunk, abusive bastard before there was a link for it.

Well if we believed everything thing without links then Saban has been the coach of Dallas, Penn State, Ohio State, Notre Dame, Michigan, etc
And don't forget the browns

I don't get my info from here, this is the shittiest place for info. You are right, you don't know who I am. He has some real estate investments in BR and Houston. It's not a JLSmith thing, but he needs a little more money.

I'm lost in all this sports talk. I don't pay attention to much outside LSU, and I don't follow much of that other than football and baseball.

Nobody said you had to believe everything that didn't come with links. Stop picking extremes because you're getting all pissy that your coach might leave.

Then tell me where you're from, how old, and all that other business. I don't generally eStalk OTers so I'm out of the loop.
I'm Tiffany, from Louisville, and 31.

You are talking about Terry Saban buying a few acres in BR the last few days... 1.8 acres for 750,000 dollars. Yeah, that's bailing saban out of this big financial issue he is in.
FWIW, I'm not the one turning the IM thread into a Saban thread....
Let's talk music instead.

The only reason I give him any chance of leaving is that is the only blemish on his stellar resume. He is a far better coach right now than he has ever been, he learned from all of his mistakes would be a better coach this time around.
I hope he stays at bama, the first weekend in November is the best football game of the year and it's not even close.

Has nothing to do with what she just bought. He is invested in in the adjacent development that is in a little crunch.

I think anytime you're dealing with a sought after coach there's a chance they leave. There's only a handful of exceptions to that rule IMO and it's those Mark Few (Gonzaga BB coach) type guys who I'm convinced will only bolt for one opening (UCLA) if it ever happened.
I'd be nervous as hell if the Miami Heat ever fired Erik Spoelstra. I could see Calipari going there to work for Pat Riley and coach Lebron.
