Well Damn. I've never had both at the same time, but ive broken my nose to the point I'd need surgery the next time it happens and I bit through my lower lip when I crashed my dirt bike a few years ago. 
Hope they gave you some magic pills.

I cracked the bone that's underneath my lip but the doc said that would heal just fine.

I hope you don't have sinus problems. Mine got worse with each break. I'm up to 5.
