I'm hoping LSU wins out, AU wins IB then gets beat in ATL. UA gets the at large BCS, LSU to the Cotton. About all we can hope for now (sad face).

I understand your emotions but I think a lot of us really do feel like we're playing with house money. As bad as I want to beat the turds It wouldn't be the end of the world if we lose (so long as we don't get blown out). What this auburn team has accomplished is amazing and the future really is bright. Alabama is really really good and it will be very difficult to beat them for four quarters. They are incredibly balanced on offense and their defense just may be good enough to make us one dimensional. However with that being said..........

I was giddy as frick the week leading up the UGA game. There was a little bit of nervousness sprinkled in because I knew they were good enough to win.
I want to beat Alabama, but I'm expecting a loss. Looking forward to a good game... nothing more, nothing less.

Good post, Sammy. This game is just as big and important for Auburn as it is for Alabama, in some ways possibly more so. I'm sure the Auburn team sure as hell doesn't feel like they are playing with house money. They want a championship, not a nice double digit win season.
This feels right up there with some of Alabama's biggest regular season games ever. If someone would have told me that at the beginning of the season, I certainly wouldn't have agreed.
