I would cheer for them and be a fan, but hell no I wouldn't go to any of the games. There is a reason that people watch the Premier League over the MLS, the talent disparity is noticeable. A start up LSU soccer team would be like me going to watch my friends kick around a soccer ball.

Now if LSU was a top collegiate program in soccer or if America began to have top athletes playing soccer, then sure I'd watch. Love watching the sport, just not people who are bad at it.

La high school soccer isn't terrible so we would have a chance at being fairly decent

If we had a team, I would support it. However, college soccer is detrimental to our national team, so I would like for college soccer to only be for guys that don't really have a future in the sport.

I attended several women's soccer games when at UA. They were pretty fun, actually. More fun than baseball

I know I'm going to get accused of trolling, but that's my honest opinion

I've been to more UT women's soccer games than football game (roommate dates a player, there are way more soccer games than football games, our w soccer team actually was decent unlike out football team, you can get hammered) and I always had a blast. I'd support a men's soccer team, but probably be more of a fair weather fan and not really care about them unless they were nationally relevant.

FOR THE RECORD I don't feel the same way about the fb team. I support them no matter what

Keep your money, when would you like me to do that? It is so difficult I get nervous thinking about it.

heck yeah I would! I played soccer my whole life growing up....we as a country are very consumed with the big 3 sports, but there is a damn good reason the rest of the world is nutso over this sport. I have a blast watching it and I really hope the popularity of the sport continues to grow in our country.

Yes. Ole Miss has done a great job with our women's soccer team and they have decent support. I think men's soccer would be more successful than softball is
